This update brings important improvements to shipment management, UI updates across key pages, and several behind-the-scenes fixes to ensure a smoother experience for ShipSavvy users.

📦 New Features: Loose Packages & Holdings

• Loose Packages
  
  • Admins can now create stand-alone packages (Loose Packages) when items are received.
    
  • Admins and customers can attach/detach these packages to/from imports and returns to consolidate shipments.
    
    
  • Customers can also group selected loose packages into a new import or return.
    
    
• Holdings (US-to-US Shipments to Our Warehouse)
  
  • Customers can now create Holdings, allowing packages to be shipped from a U.S. address to our U.S. warehouse.
    
    
  • This can be done either via Return as Holdings (CA-to-US flow) or by selecting a U.S. address as the SHIP FROM in a new shipment.
    
    
  • Holding shipments include a first-mile label provided by ShipSavvy.
    
  • Once received, these are automatically converted into loose packages.

• Shipping Page
  
  • Updated UI/UX with clearer headings and expanded views.
    
  • Action buttons are now aligned to the right.
    
  • New search options: users can search by Customer Order # or Carrier Tracking #.
    
  • Exports now include Carrier Name and Tracking Number.
    
• Imports Page
  
  • UI/UX re-design for better structure and visibility.
    
  • Unpaid imports are now logically deleted, meaning they disappear from the UI but are retained on the backend.
    
  • Removed the Proof of Shipment section from US-to-CA returns.

• Restored missing NY/WA warehouse filter in the Import Masterlist.
