📦 Shipment Creation Updates

• The Product Declaration Details section is now displayed for domestic shipments to support Shopify and Amazon marketplace requirements.
• Users can now declare package-product linking, specifying which products go into which package.

• New Bulk Shipping Template V4 is now available.
• Bulk shipping now supports product declarations for domestic shipments.

• Phone number and postal code fields are now properly highlighted when left blank during shipment creation.

• Fixed an issue where customers were being charged multiple times.

• Fixed an issue causing an Edit Import loading loop when a user’s address was missing.
