UniUni is a reliable small-parcel shipping option now available on our platform. It provides affordable and efficient shipping for lightweight packages originating from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and delivering across Canada.

Where is UniUni Available?

🚨 UniUni shipments must originate from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), but they can be delivered anywhere in Canada.
📍 Drop-offs must be made at designated ShipSavvy GTA locations:

• Sladeview
• Kamato
• Markham
  🚚 UniUni does not currently support pickups – all shipments must be dropped off.

Canada Domestic Shipping Only

UniUni only ships within Canada. Cross-border shipping is not available at this time.

UniUni Parcel Requirements

To ensure a smooth shipping experience, your package must meet these size and weight limits:

• 📦 Max weight: 60 lbs (27 kg)
• 📏 Max single side length: 30 inches (75 cm)
• 📐 Max total dimensions (L + W + H): 80 inches (200 cm)

🚨 Packages exceeding these limits will not qualify for UniUni shipping. Our system will automatically filter out UniUni if your package does not meet the criteria.

How UniUni Handles Tracking

UniUni provides text-based tracking updates for recipients.
To ensure customers receive tracking notifications:
✅ Include a valid phone number when creating a shipping label
✅ Customers will receive SMS updates about their package status

How to Ship with UniUni

1. Select UniUni at checkout – If your package qualifies, UniUni will appear as a shipping option.
2. Print your shipping label – Generate and print the label from your account.
3. Drop off your package – Bring it to an approved drop-off location (currently GTA only).
4. Tracking begins – Your customer will receive tracking updates via SMS.

Common Questions

Q: Can I use UniUni outside of the GTA?
A: No, UniUni is currently only available for shipments originating in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If you are shipping from another region, you will need to select an alternative carrier.

Q: Does UniUni offer pickups?
A: Not at this time. All UniUni shipments must be dropped off at designated locations in the GTA.

Q: What if my package is too large?
A: If your package exceeds UniUni’s size or weight limits, our system will automatically exclude it from UniUni shipping options. You may need to select an alternative carrier.

Q: What happens if a customer does not provide a phone number?
A: UniUni relies on SMS notifications for tracking updates. If a phone number isn’t included, your customer may not receive shipment updates.
