NOTE: Our trucks are not equipped with refrigeration. As a result, any items that require refrigeration cannot be transported by ShipSavvy. In addition, for the safety of your items and our staff, we are unable to transport any broken, leaking or wet items. We will notify you as quickly as possible if we find that your item cannot be safely transported with our services and work with you to arrange an alternative.

All commercial cargo imported into Canada requires a business number and an Importer Number. Please note the CBSA’s definition of “commercial” is extremely broad: anything for “commercial, institutional, or occupational use” is considered commercial.

Valid Business Number: This number serves as a unique identifier for your business and is essential for conducting import-related transactions.

Importer Number: In addition to a valid business number, businesses seeking to benefit from our import services are required to obtain an importer number. An importer number facilitates customs clearance and compliance processes, allowing for smooth and efficient import operations.

Yes, we provide a tracking service for all shipments and import services. You can monitor the progress of your package or SKID whenever you need.

If you are not near our current ShipSavvy locations, no worries! We understand convenience is key. If you are shipping your packages you can opt to Ship From your address with a local carrier. And if you are importing, you can opt for package delivery at your address. We're committed to expanding our reach to better serve you, with plans for more branches in the pipeline.
