SavvyBroker™ is ShipSavvy’s in-house customs clearance solution, purpose-built for eCommerce shippers.
We handle everything customs-related — forms, compliance, and duty reconciliation — so you don’t have to. Just ship your packages, and we’ll make sure they clear the border smoothly.

📦 How It Works

  1. Ship Normally - Create your shipment in ShipSavvy — we’ll collect all the required data automatically.
  2. We Handle Clearance - We manage all brokerage steps, file documentation, and handle communication with customs.
  3. Duty Reconciliation Made Easy - Duties are calculated based on real clearance outcomes and charged post-delivery. Full transparency, no surprises.

Fee:
Flat fee per product line item — charged after clearance.

🌍 When to Use SavvyBroker

SavvyBroker is automatically recommended when your Canada to United States shipment:

  • Exceeds $800 USD (and is ineligible for Section 321)
  • Contains food or regulated goods
  • Originates from China, Hong Kong, or other currently tariffed regions
  • Ships to Canada with high-value declared content
  • Requires formal entry or HS code processing

If your shipment qualifies for informal clearance (e.g., Section 321), we’ll tell you — and SavvyBroker won’t be selected by default.
