We have a mutual obligation to adhere to the rules and regulations established by Canada Border Services Agency and US Customs and Border Protection. We take this obligation very seriously and require all our customers to understand and adhere to all regulations.
Lack of adherence to these regulations can lead to package confiscation, fees, penalties and even a ban from importing.

Canadian border restricted and prohibited items
NOTE: Our trucks are not equipped with refrigeration. As a result, any items that require refrigeration cannot be transported by ShipSavvy. In addition, for the safety of your items and our staff, we are unable to transport any broken, leaking or wet items. We will notify you as quickly as possible if we find that your item cannot be safely transported with our services and work with you to arrange an alternative.
Alcoholic beverages
Baby formula made outside of the USA
All dairy powders (powdered cheese, milk, butter etc.), no matter the origin
Cured meats such as jerky
Canned fish from outside the US
All pet food (except Fish Food manufactured in the US)
Please note that packages being shipped to the same address on the same day cannot exceed a purchase value of $800USD.
